And unlike Mint Room Studios, we also include the free use of the hair and makeup station without charge, as well as having a private washroom! And what’s more? We also have gear you can rent (as specified above), so if you forget some gear at home or the rental shops are closed, you’re always welcome to call us to rent the gear on the same day! Photo-Studio Rental Privacy

Unlike Mint Room Studios’ shared studio environment where you may experience studio walk-ins and no noise insulation between studios. To avoid this issue, That Toronto Studio only rents to one group of people at a time, despite having multiple rooms. This is because we value your privacy and we want you to have the space to yourself when renting. We also don’t have a concierge so you can come and go as you please. This is why we have had some of Canada’s biggest broadcasters choose and continue to choose That Toronto Studio for their filming needs.

Hair & Makeup Station Included!

You and your team also don’t need to share it with anyone. At That Toronto Studio, It’ll just be you and your team! Based on the lumens per square foot, our makeup station is the brightest in Toronto! It’s also dimmable! As for the hair and makeup artists, it’s super easy to lay out all your tools in a nice spacious manner, with a spillover table right next to the makeup station in case you need more space (which no one ever does!). We also have our steamer in the makeup area, as well as a rod and hangers to hang your clothes from 8’ high, for those really long items of clothing!

Washroom & Changeroom Included Free!

Unlike Mint Room Studios, you don’t need to leave the studio to use the facilities at That Toronto Studio. The washroom is located in our suite and doesn’t require anything special from you!

Natural Light Studio

While Mint Room Studios also has abundant natural light, That Toronto Studio have sheer diffusion curtains in our big loft style windows, as well as Blackout Curtains to help you modify and control the light as much as possible, since we are not only a natural light studio, but a fully equipped multi-use studio with professional studio light you can rent from us if you want a perfectly controlled lighting environment.

Free Professional Photography Equipment!

At That Toronto Studio, we believe that you should have options! So on top of being a fully furnished lifestyle studio where you can move most of the furniture around to stage it however you please, we also offer professional lighting equipment, stands, lights, modifiers, triggers, and a variety of different coloured seamless backdrops! Blanca Room: All White Photography Room
