When it comes to booking a rental space on Peerspace it is a super easy process, all that is needed is that you choose your preferred location, then you choose your date and time and click start booking and your host should respond by telling you whether the space is available or not and if there are any other questions or concerns about the location they have a messaging feature which connects you to the host. Lastly, Peerpspace has the choice of worldwide bookings! As in Peerspace can be used anywhere. Peerpspace provides connections to spaces all over the world, Peerspace is not just limited to one place which is super convenient, because I feel that most people around the world is so limited to resources, and things are usually only available in America, so it is super convenient when you have a website that does worldwide resources so people outside of America can also have easy access to renting or hosting spaces.

On Peerspace you don’t always have to be the one spending money, you can also be the person who is receiving the money. Not only can you rent places on Peerspace, you can become a host as well. What does becoming a host mean? Becoming a host means that you can put up your space on Peerspace and allow people to rent out your space! It is also super easy to become a host, all you have to do is sign up and list your space with pictures and pricing, and with the Peerspaces messaging feature, you will always have contact with your client as well as when they rent out the space the guest will have to input a picture of themselves so the host will know what their guest will look like and hopefully builds a little more trust between the host and their client.
Improvement
On Peerspace they have many spaces to choose from and claim to have easy bookings, but sometimes that isn’t the case, sometimes you can run into problems with your host, like allowing hosts to cancel the space that is being rented last minute without alternatives, or overcharging clients, but these problems can be solved with a little communication and the reading the guidelines thoroughly. When it comes to customer and hosts issues both parties do have to remember that at the end of the day Peerspace only connects people to places, and damages to any of the host’s property is not the companies responsibility, which can be an arguable case. Overall I think Peerspace is still a great website to find locations to use, but their customer service and communication can be improved.
