✅ Big-screen monitor (portrait orientation) on a 180 swivel mount with HDMI connector + HDMI mini & HDMI micro

✅ Warm coloured patio lights on the ceiling with warm soft light + 3 Edison bulbs in front of the wood wall

✅ V Flats (V Cards); 4 x 8′ (1) Thin white, 4 x 8′ (1) Thin black, 4 x 7′ (2) Silver reflective panels (please handle the v flats with care).

✅ High-speed WiFi (200mbps)  (Hard-wire Ethernet connection also available upon request)

✅ Ceiling-mounted 9’ wide backdrop stands (mounted 9’ high)

✅ Backdrops; free to use if they don’t touch the floor (white & green rolls always guaranteed in stock)

Functional & Furnished Studio Space

✅ Furniture & decor is intended to feel cozy and vibrant (modern couch, large standing mirror, bar top and stools, etc.)

✅ Kitchenette with complimentary tea, filtered water, and snacks. Kindly wash, dry, and put back what you use.

✅ Modern deco, private change room & washroom (w. toilet, sink, and mirror)

Styling Tools in the Studio

✅ Handheld steamer to de-wrinkle clothing & 2 clothes racks, one mobile rolling rack & one 8’ tall rack in the HMUA area

✅ Makeup area with a 12,000 lumen makeup mirror frame and multi-colour lighting options

✅ Multiple backgrounds and seamless paper backdrops (only free if both does NOT touch the floor, NOR get stepped on NOR get damaged. If any of these requirements are not met then the paper is billed at ★ $8/linear foot, measured from the end of the roll). Please refer to STUDIO FYI for how to operate the backdrop system.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS (for an added fee)

✅ Photo assistant & light setup at THAT Toronto Studio: $150+HST for the first set-up, includes one hour, and $100/hour thereafter. This is pending availability. Past 4 hours must include a lunch. Past 8 hours the hourly rate doubles.

The IMPARK behind and underground of Crow’s Theatre at the North-East corner of Dundas & Carlaw (entrance off Carlaw, North of Dundas) charges the following rates:

Monday - Friday: 5am-6pm, $13 | 4pm-5am, $7

Saturday & Sunday: 5am-4pm, $7 | 4pm-5am, $7
